You can switch between the different methods by clicking on their icons at the top of the UI. The first time you open the UI it will show you detailed information about each method. The Gold Guide UI is divided between the five different methods you can use to make gold. Click Gold to open up the Gold Guide User Interface. Here you will see a list of all the guide types you have access to.
Once in game, click the '+' shaped Add Guide button to bring up the Main Menu.
